And when you’re done hoppin’, be sure to head over to the Kraftin’ Kimmie shop, because ALL the new images are NOW available!

Today I'm showing you ROXY!!! Isn't she totally rad? Those shorts scream 80's to me! She reminds me of the good old days of rollerskating at Wheels wearing my rainbow legwarmers, big plastic earrings and anything, well, NEON! lol...For those of you who were lucky enough to experience any kind of roller-rink shenanigans way back when, I'm sure you're familiar with the backwards figure 8, moonlight waltz, girls and boys only skates etc...One of my favorite songs to skate to was, 'You dropped a bomb on me' by The Gap Band...They even had this little 'disco' area off to the side with this urethane floor that lit up all funky and stuff. 'Sigh' those days of hangin out at the stinky skate counter are gone but not forgotten. Ok, thanks for humoring me on my little trip down memory lane. I hope you like Roxy as much as I do! Don't forget she's available NOW at the Kraftin' Kimmie Shop!

Your next stop along the way is a special Krafty Guest INGE! You will love what she's got to show you!

Don't forget to leave your comments for your chance to win some very Krafty Rubber!!! Thanks for stopping by! Have fun on the hop!

  1. Your card is so adorable. Love the heart paper. Unfortunately...that style I can remember the style and had several pairs of those shorts. The sad thing is I wish they still fit. Thanks for the memories.

  10. Oh, you've got me walking down Memory Lane now, Krista! Here's a fun fact to know and tell: The Gap Band hails from Tulsa, Oklahoma (right down the street from me)! We're awfully proud of 'em! Do you remember the Eclipse rainbow shirts and the rainbow bedding from back then? I think that might have been the beginning of my love affair with bold & bright colors. Love your Roxy! Everything about her is spot-on perfect!

  12. Tee Hee! I use to live in my roller skates Krista ! So much so that I use to be a "cruiser" the person with the whistle on the floor that went to the aid of anyone that fell down. WoW ! That seems like a lifetime ago! After reading your post, I picked up on the stink of those skate rentals! Haha!
Your card is perfect in everyway and I'm LOVIN' Roxy's hair! :) Tracy
