Kraftin Kimmie's October Peeks....start today....

Hi Everybody! Well I think I've recouperated from Krafty Day last weekend! I just have to say what a great time I had seeing everyone and meeting some new people, and hanging out with the girls! What fun! Annie Rodrigue was there, man she is one rediculously talented artist. Watching her in action was such a treat for me as I have such a love for art! She is also the sweetest lil thing too! It was so exciting to meet her! She did her magic and came up with a few original drawings that she so generously donated to raffle off that day! Oh those lucky winners! Anyway the day was a great success and everyone had a great time! Can't wait till next year!

I'm excited to be posting today as I'm playing along as a guest this month for Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! This month's release is filled with lots of amazing new stamps that I know you'll be excited about!

Today all the Krafty Girls are featuring cards and projects featuring artist Cheryl Alger! She's created some cute snowmen just in time for winter to arrive! Today I've used this cute 'snowgirl' holding a warm cup of hot chocolate with a heaping pile of yummy whip cream on top! I wanted to use some of the new BoBunny Blitzen paper I picked up at Scrappin Great Deals! I love this line of paper I couldn't use just one piece! So I decided to create a card with a pocket on the inside to hold either a Timmie's gift card, hot chocolate etc...Check it out...

Here's the inside where you can put some individual tea packets, a pouch of hot chocolate or a gift card...The sentiment you see below also comes with this stamp...perfect! Isn't that paper gorgeous? Love it!

I coloured her with my copics, cut her out and popped her on the card. I added some glitter to her hat and dots on her scarf. I used White Perfect Puff from the Artful Stamper to the top of her mug. Its like liquid applique, you add a bit, let it dry then take your heat tool and once it starts to get warm it puffs up. It looks just like real whip cream or marshmallows! Great stuff and fun to play with!

Next is a bookmark made with another new snowman! This was one of the 'make & takes' from Krafty Day last weekend.

Make sure you check out what the rest of the Krafty Girls have to show you! Come back tomorrow for more peeks, I'll be here!

Thanks for stopping by today!
