You put the happy in my day....

I know I've been missing in action lately, I have a lot going on and really have had no extra time to take a deep breath let alone get busy in the craft room.  I was however, able to whip up this quick tag card using a By LORi Designs (Bug & Roo) image I already had coloured up months ago.  I love it when that happens!  It's not from the new release but from the adorable Bug & Roo stamp line.  Her name is Vivi2 and can be found {HERE}

 

The really cool thing about digital images is that you can cut them out using your Silhouette machine!!!  I found a great tutorial on the internet and got busy a while ago playing around.  She turned out quite big (approx. 4" high), but how cool is it to have a perfectly cut out image!!!  I  love how she turned out, even if after I coloured her up, her hair (to me) looked like popcorn... 

 

I've recently come into possession of a massive amount of paint chips.  I couldn't see them go to waste and I've seen some really cool and fun creations using them.  I used a Stampin' Up Butterfly  punch (thanks Ria ;) and a variety of  colourful paint chips to create this multi layered butterfly to accent my card.

Happy Day Valentine...

Valentines Day is almost here, and my daughter and I have been busy creating cute little valentines for her friends, family and classmates!  The little note I'm showing you today is a cute little valentine digi from By Lori Designs.  You get the whole bundle below for only $6!!!!  Click (here) to get yours now!!!

 

They make the sweetest little valentines for classmates.  I've dressed mine up a bit more with some Stampin Up butterflies and scallop border punch.  I will show you my daughers version once she's all finished decorating hers.  She has a plan and I can't mess with it until she's done...lol!

To my sweet friend...

Hello everyone!  I can't believe its already Tuesday again!  That means another wonderful day full of By LORi Designs Inspiration!!!! 

 

For my card today I've coloured up the adorable Peyton Valentine digi from the adorable Bug N Roo stamp line at BLD!  I think she is one of my favourites!  I just love her cute quirkiness!  I used my copics and added some stardust stickles to the big heart and some Crystal Effects to her glasses.  The sentiment is just printed off from my computer and I added some Stampin Up ribbon (pool party) and a button and it was done in a snap!

Its 'Bug N' Roo' time....

Happy Tuesday everyone!  Today at By Lori Designs we've all got a little bit of fall to share with you!  I'm keeping this post as short as possible - yesterday I had a little accident and slammed my middle finger in my front door and its swelled right up and literally black and blue, with a little undertone of purple....or BV04 for all you copic-ers out there.  Its hard to type, I'm two finger typing again...ya, definately not as effective...anyway...

Its Easter time with Bug & Roo!

Its another Inspiration Tuesday with By Lori Designs!  Today I'm bringing you some Easter cuteness using the brand new Easter digis by Hannah Boyd!  Serious cuteness here peeps! 

These new Bug & Roo digi stamps are perfect for those easter cards!

 I used Froggy Boy McCoy, Bunny Girl 1 and Bunny Girl 2 to create my card, because I couldn't decide on just one!  They were printed off on my printer along with the sentiment and coloured with copic markers.  I stuck with the CAS style to make the images the main attraction!!!

This image screams spring!  Bring it on, I say!!!!  I printed Ella's Umbrella onto Beckett Expression paper and coloured her in using copic markers.  I added a little springtime sentiment, some co-ordinating buttons and a few score lines around the edges to finish it off.
